Most medication apps are advertising businesses — your name, your dosages, the time you wake up, the conditions you're managing. All of it is product.
MemoMed isn't. There is no account because there is no server. Your cabinet lives on your phone, encrypted at rest with SQLCipher, locked behind your fingerprint if you ask. The only network calls the app makes are an optional barcode lookup to OpenFoodFacts and — if you opt in — a strictly bucketed crash report.
Analytics is default-denied. Nothing ships until you opt in — and the app only asks once you've felt the value, never as a cold-start gate. We never, ever see your medication names, your dosages, your photos, your symptoms, or your health readings. Those never leave your phone.
When you delete MemoMed, the data goes with it.
Not today. The app is Android-only — built natively with Jetpack Compose. An iOS version isn't on the near-term roadmap.

Export a JSON backup to your Drive folder from Settings → Backup. Restore on the new device by picking the file. The encrypted database is also restored if you use Google's standard Android backup.
